RE: AHCT Spring Show

Dear Jane Ann,

I just wanted to let you know how much my clients enjoyed your horse show. The clients are still talking about the hospitality they were shown, by not only you, but everyone at the show. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that the show went smoothly. I know this was a big undertaking on your club's part in putting the working cow horse classes in but it was fantastic. It could not have gone any smoother and we are looking forward to coming back to your show next year if you will have us.

I had heard many concerns expressed by people about your show being able to handle working cow horse classes. The arena is very conducive to working cow horses. The cattle pens worked beautifully, the arena is a perfect size, the footing was good, and this was the best cattle we have worked in a very long time. The people handling the cattle did an excellent job and all of the workers did their best to make sure we did not want for anything.

Please be sure and let your club know how impressed we were with their efforts and hospitality. It was a real pleasure working with you to make this a success.
